Moretto’s Italian BBQ will bring authentic Italian cooking and ingredients to the road in 2019, serving Italian BBQ classics – steak tagliata, a range of pork and fennel salsiccia (sausage) and Napoletana meatballs, amongst a variety of recipes - to food festivals, events and private parties.

OUR TYPICAL MENU COMPRISES:
Italian lucanica sausages – cracked pepper & fennel served with caramelised red onion chutney on piadini flatbread.
